Pay your bills with a click instead of a check with tnConnect’s online bill pay. This service is FREE to members using their tnConnect checking account with e-Statements. Make unlimited bill payments, set up recurring payments, view your payment history, or pay several bills at once.


Message Pay

With MessagePay, you can easily make loan payments using a debit card or external bank account directly from your phone, tablet, or computer. The best part is the payment is processed immediately, directly from a text on your mobile device.


Zelle®

Zelle® is a fast, safe, and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank account in the U.S., typically within minutes. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, members can send money to people they trust, regardless of their financial institution. Credit Sense

Credit Sense is a financial education tool which offers members access to their credit score, full credit report, credit monitoring, and money saving opportunities. Credit Simulator allows you to review possible financial scenarios and how they may impact your credit score. This is a free service and can be found in online banking and the mobile app.


Card Management

tnConnect Credit Union's enhanced Card Management experience is designed to streamline the management of your credit cards. Accessible through online banking or our tnConnect card apps, this comprehensive interface empowers you to view account information, lock/unlock cards, set alerts and spending controls, pay bills, initiate lost/stolen card procedures, activate cards, and more.

The Card Connect App provides convenience and security, empowering members to multitask on-the-go with features like viewing account details, setting alerts and controls, reporting lost/stolen cards, making payments, turning cards on/off, and disputing transactions—all designed for optimal user experience, including TouchID access and personalized image integration. eReceipts

Tired of receipts lying around? Looking for a better way to record your credit union transactions? With eReceipts, you can have your receipts conveniently emailed to you after each teller transaction, whether it is an in-branch, mail drop, or an over-the-phone transaction. These are a digital record of your teller transaction, and they are securely sent to your email address. Only a simple one-time enrollment is required


Phone Account Line

Your 24-hour phone account line is available anytime. You can check your balances, transfer funds, see if a check has cleared, and conduct many other transactions – all free of charge. Call (800)598-8985.

tnConnect has joined together with credit unions all over the United States to offer you more convenience by sharing locations.
